Reserve a Room

The William K. Smith Community Center (WKSCC) may be reserved by any  resident of Lyon Township over 18 years of age, during library operating hours.  

  •  Reservations are first come – first served. Two small groups may be required to divide the room.
  • There is a $100.00 deposit to reserve the room.  Damage to the room, or failure to vacate the premises on time may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • The facility is available from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM Monday – Thursday; from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and from 12:00 – 4:00 PM on Sunday from Labor Day to Memorial Day. 

Residents must read and accept the terms and conditions for use of the room, and will be expected to comply during their reserved time.
