What Can We Help You Find?

Join us for a free, in-person and fun body weight conditioning workout with a certified trainer from local Burn Boot Camp New Hudson: 45 minutes in length and a moderately rigorous-paced workout (more effort involved) suitable for all skill levels! We will be meeting outside, in the parking lot, on the far right!

In the event of inclement weather, this event will be canceled. 

Please bring a mat (if you own one), towel and water with you. Please ensure you wear appropriate attire so that you do not overheat, have water nearby, and listen to your bodies! We want to strongly stress that nothing should be painful during the fun workout, and if something hurts or doesn’t feel good, then take a moment and sit out on a particular movement or try the proffered modification that suits your abilities.

Burn Boot Camp New Hudson is a local fitness studio, encouraging and challenging the community to become the best version of ourselves through fitness!

Registration is required here and liability forms will need to be signed, which will be provided the day of.
